This device works almost exactly as advertised. Albeit, its only 935GB, its not really a big deal. For its size, and its price, its a great little tool to expand your data storage capabilities.

This is no harder to set up than a thumb drive and at a much lower price than a thumb drive of the same storage capacity. And it takes a standard micro-USB to type-A USB cord

1.Set up was SUPER EASY as it already has the settings to format it. 2.it was quick in the formatting process.

great hard drive being 6tb is better than there 5tb and really not much bigger can hardly tell the difference as photos show 5tb on bottom

I bought this drive for my son as a Christmas present. The drive came well protected and in great shape as I have come to expect from all of my years as a Newegg customer. Install was a simple plug and play.

I like Western Digital hard drives and this is my 4th external drive. All of the still work and I expect this one to perform as advertised.
