i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......

I was intimidated by the sophistication of the TP-Link Omada WiFi infrastructure. Instead, this unit came configured out-of-the-box as a single access point bridging its WiFi network to the wired LAN. There was no complexity and no port forwarding for external access. I used the TP-Link TL-SF1005P PoE switch to power it and the port priority feature of the switch.

Crazy easy setupWireless coverage and performance

Just plug it in and walla. It then tells you to open your browser to set up a few things, and you're done. I've tried other extenders and find this one to be the best.

The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.
