i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......
The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.
Easy set up, weatherproof, low price, very versatile, great tech support
Reliable connections, good speed, easy to setup and mount.
Crazy easy setupWireless coverage and performance
I have a TP-Link Omada router and I added this TL-WA3001 as my primary access point. I have to say in my 25 years of struggling through a couple hundred network hook-ups using every brand you can think of... the setup of this TL-WA3001 was the easiest by far and most satisfying ever. Strangely I was saddened when I reached the end of the 4-step AP setup, I wanted it to go on longer. I have never experienced that emotion on setting up an access point, switch, router, extender. It was very moving. I actually teared up when I hit the SAVE button on finishing. The TL-WA3001 ships with a PO injector. During setup I elected to enable the auto-select function for selecting which 2.4/5 signal to deliver to my 5 connected wireless devices and it works perfectly. In the first 48 hours there was zero interruptions/blackouts. I like that in a wireless AP. Set it up and forget about it.
Easy enough set up
Seller shipped this wi-fi range extender extremely quickly. I got a sale price but would have paid more as my phones and tablets all receive solid signals now. This device really boosted my wi-fi range!
Much better 5ghz and 2.4ghz range than ISP provided solutions. Plugged into network, TP link controller adopted it in less that 2min. Mesh and load balance work good with less than 40 clients.
