i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......

The units come nicely double boxed and protected by foam with a small driver disk, a quick installation guide and (2) high quality yellow cat 5 cables. The 2 units themselves are very small, 2 ½ inches tall by 2 inches wide by approximately 1 inch deep. The front of the units is shiny white plastic protected by a piece of stick on plastic. The whole impression given is one of class and careful packaging. Very impressed. As far as working goes… these do. Honestly I have never seen anything network related work so simply. I plugged one into the gigabyte switch hooked up to my cable modem and the other to my laptop at the far end of my house and I was in business. The switches only work at 500Mbps speed but that’s enough for HD video streaming from both my main computer over the network and for HD video from the Internet. I tried just about every electrical socket in my house and all worked perfectly. I was able to stream from all my Ethernet wired computers to my laptop, which is usually wirelessly connected. Even though my network is Gigabyte I could tell no difference with these adaptors. Files copied quickly and I never had any instance of the adaptors not working. Speed wise, I did some quick tests copying a 1.6 Gig video file from my main desktop to my ultrabook. The ultrabook only has a 10/100 Ethernet port and an Intel N wireless card. My desktop is on a Gigabyte Ethernet network. Using the wireless I got 2.3 to 2.5 MB/s speeds and it took 11 minutes to copy the file. With the TP-link powerline adaptor plugged into my gigabyte switch and the Ethernet port on the ultrabook I got 5.5 to 5.8MB/s speeds and it took 5.4 minutes to copy the file. That’s twice as fast. I am impressed. The units do have a “pair button” t set up a private connection. I tried it and it apparently worked fine although I see no need for it in my personal environment. There is also a mini resource CD included with a User’s manual PDF and a networking utility. I never needed either one because the units worked perfectly out of the box. I never even had to open the slim Quick installation guide.

easy to adopt (if you have a controller) Handles currently 25 devices with very low incidents.

Quick setup, easy setup, lots of options for experienced users.

Setup is very quick and easy Covers the whole house Port on device able to get pc without WiFi6 card able to get great speeds on third floor of our house

This thing works so great! The gate at the front of my property is over 200 feet away from my house and I've never been able to open the gate with my cell phone because my wifi wouldn't reach out that far. As soon as I hooked this up on Repeat I can open my gate with my phone and from in my backyard as well! Hallelujah! I was skeptical that it would work, but I have it mounted in my dining room facing toward the gate and this works great. Now I can install the camera I have for my gate knowing the wifi reaches out there! Thank you for creating this device!! : D

Great Extender but a tad hard to setup.

So far right off the box Ive noticed close to what my ISP advertises in terms of upload and download speeds. Never again will I get tricked into using their routers because that stink!

Speed and available support through the app is better than any other Mesh Router i have owned.

Fast, stable, and looks good doing it.

1. Received my package in 2 days! Wow!! 2. No configuration necessary 3. Compact size (size of playing cards) 4. Plugin-play ... just plug in Coax and Ethernet on each end... way you go! In my case, I separated out the Coax segment as it was not being used for TV signals and used one Moca device on Each End and then connect one end to my Switch and other end to the TV or another switch to expand your network! 5. Tested > 1 GB speed ... Fantastic ... better than punching holes in walls to run ethernet cable. Ordered another package to see how well it will coexist with the TV Signals for another room, more to come!

The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.

-using linux or window 11 the 6e speeds are faster then a general wired connection -dual 10g ports + 2.5g wan is amazing giving you up to 9x 2..5g connections using a 10g to 2.5g unmanaged switch -Nice UI for dash panel, fancy, and fairly easy to find everything you need.
