good price for the amount would love to have more

Went through about half of them now and haven't had any problems, not one single coaster and I am very surprised. But I never burn above 8x so that may be a reason why my results are so good, just buy them and they do what they are made to do

Discs read on every drive I own. Durable substrate.

These are good quality burnable media that I've found still serve a purpose for various archaic Vinyl recordings to be played on my ancient "CD player."

I just got a new DVD burner and these are the first blanks I used. The first try was a back up in iTunes and it flopped for reasons I don't understand. The second and third were to back up a deteriorating DVD and it worked perfectly.

I have had Very Good results with these. The only "coasters" were because of mistakes I made. Another nice thing about them is (I think) that they are supposed to work with special Thermal disk printers for labeling. I "examined" a few coasters by cutting them up to see how they are constructed. These are not your run-of-the-mill media with the reflective/recordable surface "painted on". These have an additional protective layer over that one. These are Very Tough Media. You could probably run over these with a car and they would still be readable.

Needed to record over and over my Cable TV sports games on DVD player/recorder.

They work feel, and feel like a nice durable quality in my hand. The label-side is colored white (as opposed to clear/reflective) so what you write on them shows up easily.

They just work.. Nary a coaster! if there was it was operator error, not the disk.

Burned perfectly fine at 6x speed. During verification it started at 3.6x and got as fast as 8x, then started to spin down in speed as it was on the second layer, and finished reading at 3.5. I left about 30 megs free on the disc, so burned all the way to the edge. Appears to have no problems at all. But will update in several months to see if this disc suffers the same dye failure as other Ritek Discs.
