product packed right for shipping, and NO Coasters

They just work.. Nary a coaster! if there was it was operator error, not the disk.

If you are having a problem with these discs, it' your own *lovely* fault. This is my 2nd spindle, backing up music, games, not a single coaster. I'm on my 57th disc burning with an LG Blu-Ray burner and haven't had any problems. Verbatim, everything they produce, is gold. I remember buying their 3.5" FDs...still have them and I'm sure they would still read if I still had a 3.5" FDD. Bland CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray, it's Verbatim for me all the way. Never had a coaster from them. Maybe I just know what the hell I'm doing. I don't need blank media like I did "back in the day", but when I do, Verbatim is the only brand I'll use. Had to edit my review to keep from offending you bunch of....

Discs read on every drive I own. Durable substrate.

I always buy verbatim, never get bad burns.

used 6 out of 50 ...so far no problems

These are great dual layer disks.

high capacity without compatibility issues

Good quality. Used every single one of them and there was not one dud.

No coasters. Depending on burner, they can burn faster than rated. Have had no problems with this.

No coasters and no burn errors. This disc is very reliable and works every time. Hard coat surface of these disc offers great protection for your data so that you can't scratch these up easily. It's like handling a play station 3 disc. I highly recommend this disc for data archiving. Very well trusted brand. Price was very reasonable for what you're getting.

They work for exactly what I needed them to.

Burned perfectly fine at 6x speed. During verification it started at 3.6x and got as fast as 8x, then started to spin down in speed as it was on the second layer, and finished reading at 3.5. I left about 30 megs free on the disc, so burned all the way to the edge. Appears to have no problems at all. But will update in several months to see if this disc suffers the same dye failure as other Ritek Discs.
