- The drive works and provides good speed for my NAS. - Good storage amount for the price.

- Great Price for a NAS/Enterprise type disk drives. It made putting together a decent raid array economically possible. - Tested and performed flawlessly (so far) - Good transfer rates for 5900rpm drive - Quiet - Very low power usage

Quick shipping. Easy for my son to install. Upgraded security cam DVR. Works beautifully.

Name Brand, only 1 drive has failed in the last 4 years out of 150-200 drives installed. Def recommend.

Synology drives are guaranteed compatible and recommended for Synology enclosures.

For about 7 years and after a Seagate catastrophe, I've used nothing but multiple WD hard drives in a computer that's on very nearly 24/7. Have needed to replace but one (this ones' a capacity upgrade.) In my experience, they boast unmatched reliability, the WD Drive Diagnostic tool is simple and quite useful, they're easily changed out (I keep spares, always with at least a current C:\ clone), and the price is right. For my virtually all-business operation, the black series on SATA is more than amply fast, and the 7200rpm.(slower than Velociraptor) speed seems to keep them from beating themselves to death. (Yup - lost a Velociraptor early in its life, and steered clear of them ever since.) Better than Seagate, and much better customer service than Toshiba.

perfect for NAS. I don't really need the AI function in the drives they sit in a UNIFI protect set up. I have the 24TB one in my home protect set up and initially it was loud, but it has become more quite since it finished it originally set up. I have 8 of the 8TB drives with no issues. 2 are cold spares. when they go in I'll order 2 more. I take the drives that are out of warranty and typically put them in our 3rd tier backup NAS systems and they seem to live forever. Technically out of "service life" but that doesn't mean I take them offline, I stick them into a lower use environment to live out their days storing old accounting stuff. Nothing as exciting as VIDEO

The product arrived quickly and was well packed. Seems to be working fine

5-yr mfg. warranty.

I would recommend Western Digital HDDs (or even their SSDs, I've got those, too) to anyone needing to expand or enlarge their existing system. Easy to install and configure to your Windows OS.

Lots of storage, ease of install

my last set of WD hard drive is 6 years old and have over 10 years worth of data transfer from other hard drives, even though the old one still works great i feel like it was a good time to replace my old ones with 2 of these . over all i hope these will last just as long as my last hard drives, these hard drives does not run when you not accessing the folders and whenever you click on the drive you can hear a click and the motor ramping up . theres about 3 second delay before able to access the drives

I use this in my workstation. This drive works as intended.

Purchase four hard drives for my surveillance system. And, have not had an issue thus far.

HUGE - MASSIVE - RELIABLE

I'm sure this is a great drive, the specs are awesome.
