Super fast, without vibration, and did I say Quick! All the Raptors I'd had have been without issue, super reliable.

Western Digital. I've always gone with them, and I've never had a problem. I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished drive, but with WD's track record, I figured I'd give it a go. So far, the drive works great right out of the box. Better yet, the thing looks brand new. No idea what the heck they refurbished, but I'd say it's a new drive.

cheaper then HP Drives

Very fast for hard drives, 2 drives in Raid 0 achieved sustained read/write of 310MB/s. The OCZ SSD's achieve over 500MB/s in RAID 0 but depending upon your RAID there are issues with TRIM. These are about 60% of the speed of an SSD, but without any of the issues of SSD's, but are around the same price as SSD's MB for MB.

Fast, quiet, decent price.

This was a replacement HDD for a Toshiba Tecra R950, replacing the primary HDD of the same model and specs. So far, it's working just as the old one was! Price was also appropriate for a drive with these specs.

Good value--good drive. Works very well in my T42--no worries

Fast, large, quiet, runs relatively cool, cheap (when I bought it)

- Works as expected

Faster than the 5400rpm drives usually shipped with laptops- mach improved booting times and loading commonly my used programs. I've used this in a Sony Vaio (i7) and currently in my my HP A8. It speeds up minecraft's startup and also with any of the system cleanup and recovery stuff I do for people I know on the side.

- Quick delivery - Very secure and padded shipping box - Drive worked right away with no issues

Huge capacity with extremely good performance. Scores a 5.9 on the Vista performance scale. So far, very quiet as well.
