This bracket was the only one I could find that has the 4 'bottom mount' holes to actually place this in my Antec case. My case has tool-less 'pull out tray' type HDD slots (once you install on them of course) and they feature mounting via the BOTTOM to secure to them. Well, I purchased another type first and realized it didn't have those bottom mounting holes at all. This one had it, now I am all set!

This is one of those times where your curiosity brings you to a good experience. I liked what I saw and so clicked thinking why not and was extremely surprised by what I got for my money. High quality. Drives go in and come out smoothly. Nice design. While this does screw tightly into your case, the bay itself which houses the drives instead sits on these little black rubber discs, so any vibrations transfered to your case are reduced. If you look closely you can see them in the product photos. LED can simply not be plugged in, so it's never going to be annoying.
