solid metal construction. easy install.

Fit correctly the first time Came with 4 screws to mount the drive

Needed to fill that 3.5 slot and this is perfect for doing so. Just love it, Pretty decent quality aswell

It is metal. It feels solid. No bells and whistles. It does what it's supposed to do. There's enough of a gap in between the drives to allow airflow.

-Works on my Toshiba S50 (with slight modification; see below). -No problem with connectivity. -HDD activity LED

These brackets allowed me to install an SSD in place of my old rotational drive. It worked in my iMac 2014 just fine, though these brackets may not work in other situations because the positioning of the SSD and its connectors are not exactly where the old HDD connectors are, so if it's a tight fit it may not work. Still, the Icy Dock is better than most brackets with many screw holes it accommodates a lot of situations. Initial shipping information seemed like I wouldn't get these brackets for a couple weeks, but they arrived in a couple of days so I was pleasantly surprised.

Works exactly as expected. Fits conveniently into a bay. Almost no setup.

Works perfectly for its intended purpose. Best price on Newegg for this type of item at the time I purchased it.
