- Uses SATA power, so you don't need molex like some other hotswap bays. - Non-fan type, so if you have a well ventilated case, it's quiet af.

This product was the only available choice that I could get a dual bay and still have 600 MB/s on xfer speed. Bay installed without problems and seems very durable so far in my usage.

easy to use and to install power switch saving room and adding performance compared to a dock

im using this with a highpoint RocketRAID 3740A with it all loaded with drives it feels heavy and makes your desktop have that beefy server feeling

Fan ventilation is good. Takes 3 sata drives (only sata, not sas) connectors and 2 sata power connectors for 3 drives. You need builtin fans for high density storage like this. Getting a cage and adding one yourself may be cheaper but it will take time and you'll need to find the quiet fans and mount them - it is not worth it. Get a product like this that has it built in. The board has all the power and everything else in it.

It do what it says. Really specific use follow exact dimensions and connector location of 3.5" HDD

I really like these Orico HDD storage cases - the color coding for different drive types (backup, clone drives, etc) and the label make them very easy to find and use. Great for off-site storage or for storing in a safe with my precious data - protect the drives perfectly.

Pros? They work; they've been perfectly reliable; they're compatible with SATA-II and SATA-III; I've never had so much as a cooling fan fail. I've installed them in all five of the household computers, and this adds convenience when necessity calls for it.

Just what I needed. It's a hard to find part but definitely gets the job done. Ran out of 3.5" slots for my HDs so this converted an open 5.25" slot for my new HD. Couldn't be happier!
