This bracket included all the necessary screws and cables. That mounting kit was exactly what I needed. I actually bought two of these for my 3.5" HDD conversions to a 2.5" SSD. I used the second one to mount and store the old HDD from my laptop. That provided a perfect platform for use backing up my SSD to my (now) new external data storage HDD. Perfect fit and the shipper provided rapid shipping.

I'm not using this as a "hot swap" bay, but rather changing out SSD's for a hardware dual-boot system. It works perfectly for that--the two OS's never see each other and never coexist in the system at the same time, which for my purposes is ideal.

OEM drive friendly, comes with all the screws for the drives and case (even the ridiculously small slim optical drive screws). Nice soft green lights for the installed drives (always on). SATA or SAS, The fan has an off switch. The cage itself is all metal, with a solid/heavy feel. Have not noticed any slow down in speed from the drives at all.
