Great package. Every thing you need to place a 2.5 drive in a desktop tower.

After reading the comments here about the bottom-mounting capability of this bracket, I decided to give it a try. It works perfectly with my Antec P160's removable drive trays. It even support 2 drives if I ever decide to get another SSD in the future.

Exactly what I wanted, metal not plastic

These thermal pads are the same as you would get with any NVMe enclosure. They are thermally stackable. I had a gap issue with a NVMe enclosure that I had purchased a while ago. The pad that came with the enclosure wasn't thick enough. The NVMe SSD. would get so hot I needed to open the enclosure to cool it down to complete the transfer. I found these pads on Newegg and for the price I figured I'd give it a try. The gap was so wide I had to stack 2 on top of the existing pad to make contact with the enclosures heat sink. I tried a similar sized transfer. No more issues with the NVMe getting too hot and the transfer went strait through. I'm glad I took a chance. Now I don't need to replace the enclosure. If you do find that you need to stack 2 or more thermal pad, make sure there are no air bubbles trapped between them.

- Feels Solid - Great Door Operation

Tool-less Hotswap (I have not tested) Passthrough

The Good: It's affordable, cheap, functions and the packaging was nice.

Has a power switch. Solid metal. Has power and hard drive activity light in one. Very easy to use as well as uses standard screws.

I have used these cases in the past and they are" - Easy to use and store - protect the hard drive well - solid feel and closure

If your the one working/fixing pc's at your house get these, if only for the cables ease of use. These hard drive installation kits make it possible for you to choose how you install your drive. And the cables that come with these kits are definitely worth it because they make it possible to plug in without bending your power supply cord out of shape!

The case holds the 3.5" HDD's nicely. I store the drives in ESD bags and the bags in the slots and it works well

Stackable, easy to use. Metal, not plastic, easy to use thumb screws included!

Solid works as expected Bought on sale for $40

Very well built, hard case. They have a latch that I do not see ever wearing out. They are padded inside, and grip the drive when closed so the drive does not move around. They sit very nicely on my shelf like DVD cases (siting vertically) :)

Fits into a standard 5.25" Bay Holds 4 SSDs Utilizes a SATA power connection Decent Price

Excellent price Good cable length Adjustable to different M.2 SSD sizes

Everything worked exactly as advertized. Drive fit in the adapter and adapter fit into the bay, 5-minutes tops. To think that I almost tried to cobble together one myself.
