It's so nice to be able to see the drive in the enclosure!

Light, sturdy, cord stays connected. Bright connection/activity indicator light. Installation was easy. *Don't overtighten screws. Speeds are reasonable for USB 3.0. Paired with the right SSD, it's a good backup solution.

Works great with 256GB and 512GB SSD drives for cloning and backups (even using one as external system drive on an iMac) More sturdily build than Saba version which failed on initial use (connector actually broke off) Easy to open and connect drive, then close again Nice-looking appearance Great price.

Super fast transfer speeds Good quality materials

- Needed 36TB storage pool created from 2x18TB spanned disk array - Easy to setup and format as "one large partition" with MiniTool Partition Wizard

Perfect Fit - Excellent finish (well made) -came with a USB 3 Cable - Nicely boxed - Fast shipping

The case is solid. I have no fear of putting my expensive hard drives in it. It's easy to open. The levers are all in good condition and ejecting the trays is a smooth experience. Adding the drives is easy and they mounted in the finder without any issue. I used Apple's RAID assistant to put all the drives into a single raid. Again an effortless, smooth experience.

Physical construction: The outer housing consists of a single aluminum extrusion with a through hole into which the inner frame slides in and out from. The extrusion has an elegant, no-nonsense form, strong and finely finished. The frame's latch mechanism is well made and its hook engages with a precisely formed pocket that's milled into the inside of the housing. Performance: This adapter worked flawlessly for the single task I bought it for; to copy the user files of a failing laptop onto another storage medium. Tip: Keep your eyes open when opening the carton. The retaining screw and nut for the SSD's PCB are in a very small envelope.

This is really simple to use and the directions couldn't be clearer.

easy to use

Love this little thing. Had a small SSD on the shelf. Slid it into this case, USB 3.0 cable included, recognized right away. Now I have an extra-fast drive for the current game I'm playing on my little cheap system.
