The received product matched the product description. The product was quickly shipped and arrived in excellent packaging material. Great job! Will definitely order from them in the future.

Painless to install since you do not need to crack open the machine, connects to USB port. Software installed without any problems.

Just what I needed, as described

Excellent product. Nice long cord length, and best of all, it uses the FTDI Chipset. If you are looking for a REAL USB to RS232 adapter, this is it. I work with many home automation, access control, and alarm systems which are VERY picky about which RS232 adapters they will use, and I have found that only those adapters using the FTDI chipset will work without a glitch. I bought a handful to keep on hand for my clients and techs. In short, if you are seeking a USB to RS232 adapter, look no further. Buy this one.

works as expected, no issues

This really is a 1 meter long F/F null modem cable; it appears to be well-made. I used a continuity tester on it and found that all nine pins are cross-connected appropriately.

Quick installation on vista and xp. No problems. works with linux

I stick data in one end and it comes out looking the same on the other end. These work fine
