Cheap and Fast, easy overclock

Perfect processor for the price, and even better than that. Overclocked to 2.8Ghz easy with no voltage increase, on stock hsf. FSB 266, multy - 10.5 ; Memory DDR2-800 runs at 400Mhz as it should be. Temps well below 50C, idle 35, load 45.

Would like bigger fan on heatsink, but it's not loud, so It's cool, in both ways

I love it. Used A-Data memory and cheap ASRock mobo.

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
First Bad Processor

The price was good. Have built over 50 AMD systems this is the first bad processor, ever.

Was not DOA had to troubleshoot each component.

This was a nightmare install. All I wanted to do was build a cheap box to watch NetFlix on my TV. The first system would not POST with 2 memory sticks installed in MB. Would POST fine and install with one stick. Memory checked out ok so I sent the MB back for another brand. Next MB still would not POST so I sent the memory back and got another PSU. Purchased an AMD single core processor. POST fine on both MBs. RMA'd the processor. NewEgg is super on returns so I have no worries.
