Pros: Near silent on low, very quiet on medium, and quiet on high. Comes with an adapter that converts the 3-pin plug to a 3-pin plus a pass-through molex. Great replacement for a failing fan, except...

Cons: For whatever reason, my fan refused to spin at a decent speed without the molex plug, even on high. I had to use the adapter to plug in both the 3-pin plug and the molex at the same time. Only then did it spin at an adequate speed. Now, every time I start my computer up it gives me a "cpu fan failure" error on startup, even though it didn't when it was on just the 3-pin. It's not worth paying shipping on such an inexpensive product, so I'm not even going to bother with an RMA. I probably won't be buying any more Antec products, and will stick with other companies. Judging from the other reviews, this has only happened a few other times, but this is the first time I've bought an Antec product.

Overall Review: I followed Louie's advice for air flow direction to install it. It flows from the side with the clear sticker to the side with the reflective sticker, so reflective = output. The output is also the side with the wires going through the grill.

I'm just glad I already had some sata to molex adapters, so I don't have to rely on my failing fan while I search for another replacement.
