Pros: Compact, quiet, prob. pretty fast but haven't tested it yet. Great value.

I had been looking at the older style Asus refurb with same specs. This case it SOO MUCH better looking so I'm glad it was unavailable. And unlike the older ones there were NO loose or disconnected cables on the inside.

Cons: Warranty sticker was already broken on case so no second thoughts about opening the case up for inspection.

Seems like it takes a long time to boot for a brand new computer. Upgrading video card may be tricky. Only has a 300watt power supply and 1 of the 2 pci slots is right below the GPU slot. So you have to use a low profile card or you sacrifice one of your pci slots.

Pros: Everything works as expected. Compact design means easy portability. One of the best looking pcs out there.

Cons: Asus customer service was nothing short of embarassing. What's the purpose of having no less than 10 different 800 numbers to call, if none of them are knowledgable. I was on the phone with multiple representatives, none knew anything about computers. Each one gave me a different made-up-on-the-spot answer to my question. I just shelled out hundreds for your product, the least you could do is provide me some simple information. Just as I was preparing to hunt down and strangle each representative, a buddy helped me out. There was a simple solution that anyone whose sole job it was to answer a phone about computers should have known.
