ASUS G Series 17.3" Intel Core i7-740QM 8GB Memory Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit G73JW-A1

Pros: Great price for everything this computer has. The back pack and mouse are very nice and work great. Screen is very clear and bright.

Cons: Asus spent time providing a mat finish to this laptop, why not make the keys mat? They hold finger prints, and with the finish of the lap top they stand out.

Overall Review: This computer does come with soft ware for Blue ray, not sure what the other review was saying its Power DVD 9.

Pros: Laptop has great design and packed with all the bells and whistles. i7, GTX 460, 8GB of RAM, 1 TB, Blu-ray and Win7 premium. It's definetely fast and has an awesome clear and crisp display screen.
Price is less compared to Dell's alienware which would have cost me $2200 for the same spec.

Cons: 2 Main issues:
1) Has a Blu-ray player but no Blu-ray software to play your movies. You think Asus would provide this for a $1800 laptop.

2) Customer service is bad, they hire people who has a bad attitude and no technical skills. They definetly won't try to help you so they'll come up with excuses. One CS advice me to "look for it in the download section."
I called on 3 seperate occassions regarding the blu-ray software and issues with the power switching from AC to Batt mode. 3 different CS's agent same attitude, rude and don't care. One guy just flat out tried to ignore me and keep asking to repeat what I said. Very frustrating and when ask for a manager or supervisor they either put you on a very long hold or hang up.

Overall Review: Asus needs to clean the house in their customer service support and I think this company is heading into the right direction. Great product and price so far.... customer support has ways to go...
