Been a few month now, still a very happy man, great case. I'm glad I've made the right choice.
Excellent quality, they even left a small opening on the case, positioned directly behind the back of the mobo, where the cpu socket lies, this is for heat ventilaion, and you can add an additional fan there if you want. Excellent idea!
btw I've tried 3 different PSUs and they all reach to the correct spots without any extended cabling. So no problem with the PSU unit from my side.
Hm... HDD cage is a pain to deal with, no reset button, can not install 3 intake fans as advertised since you will use at least one of the bays for optical drive.
but hey, this is all just nitpicking.
Great case, buy it and you won't regret.
I got 7 x 120mm hooked up with a Zalman fan controller, and I can't be happier with my purchase.

Plenty of room. Good ventilation and lots of mount points for additional fans.
This Centurion 590 did not ship with a chassis speaker. Charge another $1.49 but ship the speaker please
System builders want and need to hear the motherboard's audible status indicators at power-up.
Per CoolerMaster procedures, made a part request and obtained an ID #. No response after 2 weeks. Contacted CM's chat channel. The support rep said "we have had some delays on parts, this one will ship today" and that I would receive an email from the web site. Two more weeks, no email, no status.
It appears CoolerMaster knowingly ships product with missing parts, does not indicate it is doing so, waits for the customer to discover this and contact them, and does not follow through on their commitments.
Separately, the fit of the I/O panel is not too good, a little too big and some holes are poorly aligned with the motherboard (Asus P6T Deluxe) rear panel interfaces.
No reset button.
