Great HTPC

This is an awesome case, engineered through and through! The best features in my book are the 120mm fans and mATX compatibility.

This case does in fact fit an H50 with a push pull fan setup! Also some good air cooling options if you like that route better.

The unique design of this case is simply wonderful, and I'm constantly amazed as to how they fit everything in there...but with that come some cons...

This case is a puzzle! Everything has to be put in just right in order to fit, and in some cases things actually don't fit so modifications must be made.

The slim drive bay is a great way to save space, but the felt in the slot is a little too stiff which means my drive has trouble ejecting discs. Also, with slim drives come slimline sata connectors, but somehow Silverstone overlooked the fact that some people may not want their DVD drive but a laptop one with Blu Ray capabilities. This oversight calls for modification of the slimline to regular sata connector since some of the plugs may be too long.

Enough about the slot load...

The 24 pin connector barely fits onto the mobo because the clip hit the Power Supply when installing, so the power supply has to be removed, connector connected, and then reinstall the power supply.

BUY A MODULAR POWER SUPPLY! Trust me, unless you only use 3.5 inch drives, the cable mess will become a nightmare. And, with the power supply being mounted in the front, make sure to buy a quiet one since that is most of the sound that you hear coming from this computer.

I would also recommend staying away from high performance 3.5 inch drives since they sit on the back of the mobo and there really isn't much air flow back there. SSD's should be fine if you have a modular power supply.

Lastly, the case panels can be a bit difficult to reinstall due to the tight fitment between them and the chassis, so mine actually requires 2 people to put together: one to push the panel down and one to screw in the thumb screw.

Wow, that's a lot of cons, but the beauty of this case outweighs them I promise...but it might be a love hat thing :/

I hope I didn't scare you away, it is difficult to assemble, but the end product is well worth it!

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
Great case, but...

Lots of drive options if you plan ahead, great cooling, small size packs a full sized system.

Power adapter wrong angle, slot load optical drive, front filter keeps falling off.

As lots of others have mentioned the angle of the power cord is backwards. They should have used a left hand angle connector instead of a right angle one. Poor design by Silverstone in this area. Minus 2 egg for having to splice in a proper connector.
