Quick and easy... it just works

Easy setup (given some understanding of how IP addresses are assigned in your network, the knowledge that the default username is "root" with a blank password, and how to add printers connected to a network server to your OS of choice).
Works with XP(32 bit), windows 7(64 bit), and OS-X.

User doc left out truly basic info: default username and password. Got that from user reviews here, so no biggie for me. But, it could cause a lot of frustration for others.

Worked first time out of the box with all of my computers (2 Win XP, one Win 7, one Mac OS-X), and continues to work. I did NOT use the supplied CD; I just browsed to the IP address assigned by my router and went from there. I've had NO issues with it at all. It just sits there and does its job. I had no issues assigning it a fixed IP address or any of the other problems raised by other reviewers. I have an HP 5200 All-in-one. connected to it.
Once it's setup, simply "Add New Printer", "Local Printer", create a new "Standard TCP/IP Port" and select your driver. Piece of cake!

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
Kinda good, but very limited

Works well for small print jobs. Was easy to get working. Documentation is adequate, though not very detailed.

Will not handle a print job larger than about 1M. I print jobs larger than that very often, so this device is of limited use to me. It just silently truncates the document.

This has happened with every "stand alone" print server I have ever used. I would have been better off getting a used PC and dedicating it to print service. At least this one does not require a power cycle every time it fails.
