Pros: i can proudly say that without any sort of fan controller or bios control, i can run this fan at it's highest speed and it is still for intents and purposes, silent. will do well for any normal application.

Cons: there really are no cons. as long as rated CFM is good enough for your particular situation, then there's no reason not to get this fan. price is right considering product quality and performance.

Overall Review: Get this fan! with cases that support multiple mounting locations with room for 120mm fans in front and side, it performs very well, especially when all mounting locations are utilized.

Pros: They are fairly quiet. Much less noise than ordinary fans, but they are still audible. They are about as loud as a low whisper. You can't hear them at all if there is much noise in the room. (TV, heater, talking). If the room is dead silent, then you may still be able to hear them. From 1 foot away they sound about as loud as a low whisper.

Cons: Airflow is a little weak, not bad, but this fans strong point is definitely silence. I can feel the air from a few feet away, but it's not going to cut it if you need high airflow and you don't have many fans.

Overall Review: If you replace your fans with these, overall the case will have less noise, so it can make a big difference, but there will still be noise from the HDD and any other device with moving parts. Using several fans will still increase the noise, even though they are quiet on their own, combined they will become louder. An average conversation is about 50db, a vacuum cleaner is about 75. A whisper is about 15-30. These claim to be 19, but seem to be just a bit over that, maybe 20-22.
