Cheap

Great cooling for the price - far better than the stock Intel/AMD coolers
Will fit in all but the smallest cases
Mounting hardware isn't particularly complicated, but the instructions are terribly unhelpful, making the installation process a bit more difficult than some other coolers on the market.
Used this to cool an FX-6100 on a Gigabyte 990FX-UD3 motherboard and it worked perfectly!
I would have used a Hyper 212 Evo, but the case I bought (Corsair Spec 03) wasn't large enough and so I went with the T4.
This is a great option if you need a cheap cooler and can't fit the slightly taller 212 Evo in your rig.
It seems to cool effectively enough for such a small heatsink, though I had to lower the stock voltage on my llano apu to get prime95 temps within what I considered to be an acceptable range(54C at full load for 3 hours, 11C at idle).
It has an amazingly low profile(the lowest I'm aware of)
Which worked great in my Armor A30 case. The fan generates little if any noise, and the case is sitting about 1 1/2 feet away at ear level. I'm satisfied with that.
Instructions are atrocious. Shame on Cooler Master for not trying a little harder to put something of relative quality out there.
I had to remove the mobo(thankfully I was doing a transplant anyway) to attach this small, relatively light heatsink to my apu. My previous heatsink(Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2) didn't require that, and EASILY weighed twice as much.
There are a few lesser known low-profile heatsinks that admittedly cost a bit more, but cool much more effectively. I'm still debating as to whether or not I made the right choice.(Scythe being a common example)
As stated above, this was intended for a transplant for my A8 Llano from an Antec 900(which I loved) to a Thermaltake Armor A30(which I also love). I had to swap to a low profile heatsink for obvious reasons, and this has effectively done the trick.
At stock voltage the Llano would peak at 64C, which was within safety regulations and didn't cause any problems, but was higher than I was willing to accept. Rather than try to overclock it, I opted to under-volt it to about 1.275v which dropped the idle temps to 11C from 16C, and peak to 55C from 64C.
I'm forcing myself to assume at this point that the A30 is part of the problem(it clearly has less airflow than my 900 did) so as I swap smaller and better parts into it and do better cabling I hope for better numbers, but overall I'm not too impressed.
