Watt ratings are over used and abused and mean next to nothing in the world of PC's. Main consideration is +12V amps and this one with +12V~33A is up there with the more expensive PSU's. Has the quietest fan of 6 in my PC. "Thumbs up" for this product.
Can't think of any, time will tell but I don't expect any trouble with it.
This is replacing a 350W +12V~20A PSU to start a complete upgrade of current PC to a dual core CPU rig.
None.

A ridiculous buzzing sound that started off quiet at first and has progressively become louder than a cricket within a month. Like other reviews on here, the buzzing from my PSU is only audible at low power usage. Meaning if I load up a game or a benchmark program, the PSU is quiet.
It had this problem when i first bought it and i quickly RMAed and the unit that came back to me is still having that same problem. As many other users here have stated, even on their second RMA, they still get a broken unit. Corsair is refusing to recognize the issue. Let me emphasize that the buzzing is LOUDER than ANYTHING else in my Antec p180 case. It is also very distinct and my friends that walked in instantly asked what it was. My other friends with Corsair PSUs (different model) dont have this issue.
At this point i'm extremely scared the PSU will break and take the rest of my computer hardware with it.
I should mention the RMA process from Corsair takes 2 weeks. This was very inconvenient for any college students.
I made sure the buzzing noise is not from the fan by using my finger to stop the fan in the PSU. I also stopped the fan on my GPU and all case fans. I even upgraded to a more powerful GPU, hoping that the extra watt usage would make the PSU quiet. I put my ear close to the PSU and can hear the buzzing the loudest. I just recently upgraded to a new PSU and stopped all other fans inside my case. Its definitely buzzing from the PSU like MANY other reviewers have stated. The buzzing does not go away with time. It's been 6 months and the buzzing has gotten very noticeably worse.
I'm just about to junk this PSU instead of shipping it in again on a 2nd RMA and never buy another Corsair product. Regardless of all the 5 egg reviews on here, don't say i didn't warn you.
