Pros: I keep writing reviews for Gskill memory and Im not sure why, I've probably used 20+ sets of thier ram on various builds over the last few years and have yet to have a set fail or arrive DoA, plug it in and it works, sometimes the timings have to be set manually but that really can't be a con as it depends on the mobo.

Overall Review: I honestly cant speak for thier customer service because Ive never once had to contact them which is a good thing but Im at the point with them where they would really have to tick me off to stop me from buying thier RAM, most of the time Im on autopilot when RAM shopping now to the point where I dont even look at other manufacturers I just immediately click Gskill and find what I need. I wouldn't just recommend this product Id recommend any RAM they produce without a doubt.

Overall Review: Advanced RMA, Cross-Shipping, or Paid Return Shipping would be helpful in bringing G.Skill's RMA process up to par with other competing brands. I might consider other brands next time, just for the sake of more convenient RMA Process.
