Great price. Fired right up with no problem! My first Gigabyte board and I am very impressed. I use it for a WHS. The HDMI, VGA and DVI all work fine though I don't have it hooked up permanently, I remote desktop to it if I need to.

I took the stock heatsink/fan from my 9850 and matched it with an oem 4400.
The bios has lots of features I'll never use.
My brothers buddy told me to stay away from boards with AMD video on them. After this I think he was wrong.
Easy Setup.. if you get it going..
The only issue I have is when my MOBO arrive the box its open, I'm talking about the MOBO box not the newegg box..and when I open the MOBO box and inspect all the contents inside the BOX.. I notice that the Driver Disc is not inside and it supposed to come with some sata cables as well but not there.. Lucky for me I have some extras.. I think Newegg send me an (open box).. However I put it all together and the MOBO boots up..The hard part is I have to download all the driver to the website prior to installing the operating system.. because in order to install the Operating System.. you have to load the Driver for the ACHPI and SATA driver or else you cannot istall the Operating System without this driver..It was a frustrating experience for me to setup but once I got it going its fine.. and one more thing is you have to go in to the BIOS to change the setting if you have a PC8500 memory.....
Not enough System Fan connections.. and its slow BIOS boot up..
I pair this MOBO with 2.7 KUMA and Kingston Hyper X 1066, VISTA Ultimate and its solid so far without overclocking..
