Hiper Strikes Gold Again

Extremely stable voltages. Fans are whisper quiet.

Heat disipation could be a bit better, but still outstanding for the price.

Hiper has maintained their reputation of quality products with the 4M480. You can't go wrong with a Hiper!

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
It sounded like a good Buy

Quiet 120mm fan,Thats it.The fan is the only thing that worked.

DOA checked it with my PSU tester before I removed my old PSU.The only thing that worked was the fan and it was quiet like the others reviews stated.I RMAed it.

Just to be fair I will say this. It may be a good PSU when it when works.Just because you get a bad Lexus or Ford don't mean all Ford or Lexus are bad because Chevy and GMC Toyota all have repair shops. Don't want to chance another setback so I ordered the 500 watt Silverstone with the short cables for this HTPC build.
