Pros: Works great with a X2 4850e. Strap a 2gig memory stick and have fun with the massive number of USB ports. Amazingly this thing has a ps2 port for a keyboard. Dual nic ports, and DVI and analog ports for video. NV 8200 integrated graphics is faster than even the x3100 intel.

Cons: Only has a PCI slot, no PCI express.

Overall Review: Wonderful system with a WD notebook drive, 2gig value ram and a 4850e total power draw at load was only 60w

Pros: Mini-ITX form factor with decent on-board video and takes an Athlon 64 X2 processor. Mythbuntu 8.04 (Linux) works fine (grab latest nvidia driver directly from nvidia though).

Cons: Fan it comes with is not variable speed, it always runs at full speed, not sure why they'd ship with a fan that can't use cool and quiet, especially since it's most likely going to be used in sound-sensitive areas. Used the provided heat-sink and mounted the fan that came with the CPU to it instead, problem solved (well, after finding longer screws to mount the fan).

POST hangs if you have an eDATA DEC-200B IR receiver (for a remote control) plugged in. The latest bios didn't resolve the issue. Disabling USB 2 Hi-Speed in the bios works-around it, but if you require > 12Mbps via USB, it's not really a viable option.

USB keyboards cannot reliably be used to enter the BIOS.

Overall Review: Used an Athlon 64 X2 4450e (45W) processor and a PQI 2G DDR2 800 stick.

Older linux kernels (such as what ships with Ubuntu 8.04) may have SATA issues and not fully boot with this board, try a newer version of your distro.

If you plan on using this in the APEX MW-100 case, it's power supply is not powerful enough, I'd recommend purchasing a PicoPSU-120 (with 12V 4-pin adapter) such as mini-box sells ... wish newegg carried them.
