Performance - Sequential and 4K read performance was good on this drive.
Price - At just under 32 cents per GB you get less storage per dollar than you would with larger drives, but sometimes you don't need more than 120GB of storage.
Performance - The ugly side of TLC shows up in the sustained write speed on this drive: It's not good. I'm not going to return this drive since it should still work for the basic office PC I'm going to install this in, but I wouldn't install this drive in anything where you expect to be repeatedly writing more than 1GB of data (the size of this drive's cache) to the drive at a time. -1 Egg
Packaging - The drive comes packaged on a standard retail hang-able card. I didn't need scissors to open the package, but I can't easily put the drive back in the package for safekeeping before installation either. The packaging isn't the worst, but I'm not crazy about it.
I tested the drive with HD tune and measured sustained reads at 350MB/s and sustained writes at 50-60MB/s. I calculated that this drive has a roughly 1-1.5GB cache.
The below benchmarks were run with a Sandy Bridge Pentium on a Q67 chipset. I ran both a 1GB and 5GB test.

Ran very fast for the short time I had it.
Got it in November and it died in April. I went to an IT lab and worked on it for days then nothing found the drive. Don't get this get the Samsung Evo 850, more expensive but is the best for quality and speed.
Kingston is normal good brand but there's always on bad egg. (Pun intended)
