Pros: Great little drive no issues with it at all I bought one and then several weeks later i needed another one didnt hesitate to grab it again.

Cons: none atm

Overall Review: most folks dont use optical drives anymore but when ya have a client that wants one this one will suit your needs easily without breaking the bank

Pros: Very cheap disc burner with decent speed.

Cons: The drive stopped recognizing inserted disc after 6 months of use. I called LG because it was under warranty and it took them a MONTH and 5 calls and countless emails to get them to offer to replace the drive. I am still waiting for the replacement to be sent to me.
I do not recommend this item because of their abysmal customer service, they first recommended a fix by plugging in the usb cord for an INTERNAL disc drive. There is not much technical understanding from their customer service and I was never allowed to speak to a manager because they were, "away from their desk" when I called.
I do not suggest you buy this unless you have money to waste.
