Solid keyboard, dimmable backlights and some basic media buttons. Good feel to it as you type.
No programmable buttons, but I've never had a need for them anyway.
I purchased this keyboard several years ago from a retail store and it has been flawless. I had read a review or two of the black coming off the keys and after years of heavy use mine still looks just fine. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone.
If it weren't for the malfunctioning S key, I would really like this keyboard.
The problem is that the S key only works about 70% of the time - typing even a simple message requires frequent backspacing to fix the missing characters. I was hoping it might get better with time but it didn't, so I sent a message to Saitek in order to request a return under the 1 year warranty - absolutely zero response. Bad form guys. I've owned several Saitek products, but this will be the last on account of the lack of response from tech support.
