Pros: Excellent power for the price, can't be beat as of writing this
Comes with built in webcam, great video card, lightning fast processor, tons of space, and above all - a whole lot of RAM. The touchpad and look are amazing too. No dead pixels, very crisp screen, great speakers, has not had any lag processing anything or any programs not responding. Everything is instant and I love it. I'll be doing some video editing with this machine and it'll go much more smoothly than I'm used to.

Cons: The only things I can comment on are minor. The software that comes with it is more of a bother than a help, but that's just a personal preference. Two USB ports are really minimal, though.

Overall Review: I was somewhat hesitant, like any good shopper, about purchasing a laptop with no prior reviews in a brand I've never heard of. I'm very impressed though.

Pros: I really, really loved this computer when it was working properly. It was a powerhouse equipped with everything I would need. It was fast and well worth the money and then some.

Cons: The second day I owned it, I turned it on only to find it took more than an hour to start up. A week later, it now will not start up regardless of how much time I give it. I'm really sore about this, because I had customized it to the teeth and really didn't want to lose my personalized settings. I know it isn't an acquired problem because I had multiple tuneup managers installed, powerful antivirus and firewall software. Everything looked clean. I don't know how to identify the problem and I'm quite tech savvy.

Overall Review: There's a few things I haven't tried to fix it. If, after my trying to fix it my efforts are fruitless I may send it back if it is within the period of RMA. Perhaps MSi has competent tech support? I'm going to look for an email.
