Xbox One 1TB Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition Console Bundle

Pros: It is a beautiful console, the steel book case included is really nice, Get a special edition armor no other halo player can get, has some cards to explain the characters if you aren't familiar with them, the little statue included is something you build so it makes it kinda special.

Cons: My only problem with the bundle is the digital download. I get its actually better but I like my discs in hand and like the case artwork. But that is me nitpicking.

Overall Review: The copy of Halo 5 it comes with features a digital code for the game, which isn't necessarily bad except for those of us who have occasional flaky connections. However Microsoft was offering to swap out the digital code for a physical copy as long as the digital code had not yet been entered. I went online to do that and while many others reported being able to do so without any issues, I had to submit various screen shots of my Newegg receipt with signature and service #s on it, screenshots of the game code cards, etc., all to ultimately be told that I didn't qualify for a physical copy of the game since it wasn't the $100 version.

While it would have been nice to get a physical copy for the installation, ultimately it's just frustrating to see Microsoft be so varied in their customer service response, and having to be put through a huge run-around regarding the receipt for over an hour with the CS rep only. It's the 21st century - printing an emailed invoice to take screenshots of or scan and then send back shouldn't really be required, Microsoft.

The exchange ends today anyway so for those buying it going forward they shouldn't have to deal with Microsoft's customer service anyway.
