U CAN UPGRADE MOTHERBOARDS

Very fast system, data transfer is faster than 32 bit, OEM but you can still upgrade any part and that includes motherboard just need to call microsoft to the number they give you and tell them and they wil reactivate it for you, alot of eye candy that actually works, Makes XP look bad and works ALOT better

Cant make a system image for hard drive failure but thats why you get pro or ulitimate.

To the person that keeps saying you cant upgrade motherboards he needs to learn that you can. call the 1-800 number they give you and they will reactivate it for you. I am on my second mb now using this as i went from am2+ to an am3 mb took a whole 5 minutes to call and get a new number wasnt even on hold.

Product key not valid?

Don't know yet.

Product key is invalid right out of the box. What are they doing, selling used product keys? Nobody should have to go through the hassle of returning something because you were sent an invalid product key. How does that happen anyways?
