Words can't describe this card. You open the box and want to stare at it for hours. These new G92 cores are amazing, 65nm, 754 million transistors, 128 stream processors, PCIE-2.0, etc... This card is basically a 8800GT with a bigger fan, and more stream processors. Roughly 10%-15% faster than the GT.
Card gets pretty hot, around 76C full load, but nvidia's drivers throttle the fan to 36% which is too little in my opinion. 60%-65% fan speed is nearly silent and load temps are about 60c. 256-bit memory architecture is the only thing holding this thing back from absolutely obliterating the GTX. When the GTX's are based on this core they are gonna rock
My card is sitting happy at 752 core and 2206 memory. It started getting a few artifacts past 800 core and 2300 memory so i backed off a bit. With some more voltage i bet these could really fly.
Great for games, quiet.
No full screen video overlay using s-video out. makes this card completely useless for watching movies on a TV.
