Pros: +Very quiet.
+Runs very cool.
+Blows most AAA titles out of the water, even on ultra high settings.
+Comes with everything you could ever need to set it up short of maybe an HDMI cable or a DVI to HDMI converter.
+Includes performance boosting software that overclocks for you.
+High quality caps mean this card will last you a long time.
+Matches GTX 670 in terms of performance at a much lower cost.
+Came with free Splinter Cell!

Cons: -Enormous card, double check that it will fit your case before ordering it.
-Take note that one of the DVI ports is DVI-D, so you will need to make sure you have the right cable if you plan to do multi-monitor setups on a single card.
-Requires both a 6-pin and 8-pin connector to power the card, so make sure your power supply can support it. Includes an adapter for a 6-pin to become an 8-pin so this is a minor con.

Overall Review: If you are considering updating your computer, I would go with one of these. I just replaced 2 GTX 460s in SLi with this card and I am blown away at the performance increase. I've thrown a few graphic intensive games at it (Tomb Raider for example) on maximum possible settings and this thing doesn't even break a sweat. If you really feel the need to have even more power, I would consider two of these in SLi, which would rival your more expensive options such as the Titan without the hefty pricetag. Great card with a ridiculous price:performance ratio.

Pros: Easy install.
Has improved Premiere Pro timeline rendering.
Photoshop runs ok with it.

Cons: Problems with drivers from MSI + Nvidia. Reading the Nvidia forums shows that some problems are widespread. I was getting OpenCL erros and app crashes, but have resolved that issue (I think) with a WDDM update.

Video playback is not smooth as would be expected.
I can't yet discern if this is driver or hardware caused.
Still trying various things after 1 month.
