for the most part very solid board. have had it for 8 months. has no overheating with IRQ's for controler cards. loved that. worked out of the box. sound audio is a plus for Receivers. i use a Denon 2808 CI.

i dont like the sound of computer speakers.
over clock. is a breez. run 3.0 Ghz on a 9850 Phenom.
dose not over heat to bad. i have a case with very good airflow.
have three of these and only one has messed up.
sending it in for repairs. bios will not go past loading. its only on one board. comeing from years of computers. i have done every thing i can. remember if you want (three way SLI) you have run Windows Vista. XP or older will not work.
none
Looks really good. Preforms well. Didnt like FSB adjustments much but with multiplier adjustments was able to get my 9950be to 3.2ghz anyway. Second one has been pretty stable.
First one I got killed a phenom 9850BE processor and then after putting a 9950be in it randomly died after working great for about 3-4 hours. RMA'd it (thanks newegg easy rma), and the new one has been working good since.
Worst thing about this board though is the layout. I have been a die hard MSI fan for some time but every once in awhile they let me down. I love the things they do like the front pannel's removable connector but the actual layout here is bad. Why? Well if you use IDE both connectors in the worst possible spots. 1 is directly next to the ATX power plug which makes it very har to get in. The other is all the way on the bottom left which makes distance an issue. The Sata plugs really confuse me. Let me tell you right now plug in your sata cables before securing the motherboard or itll be horrible trying to get around hard drives and gcard in your case to plug them in. The 1x PCIE Slot which you'd wanna use for the audio card is right under the main SLI slot.
Ive been a MSI fan and constant buyer for some time but the last 3 types of boards I have bought from them have had disapointing results (this one, 790fx, k9n diamond (disowned chipset?). Im thinking for my next board im going to try Asus instead. Im tired of the RMA process and this layout and terrible MSI Documentation. For example the diagnostic LEDs on the board? Wanna know what they mean? So do I. It isnt listed on the website or the manual and MSI doesnt even know. However the non diamond k9n2 has these and it is documented so it might be the same. Probably will try Asus in the future, MSI has officially lost me after like 7 years of loyal purchases and reccomendations.
