MSI Radeon HD 7790 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card R7790-1GD5/OC

Pros: Bought two of these cards and so far I really do like this card. I replaced a 4890 and a 4870 with this card. Runs much quieter, cooler, and uses way less power. Handles 1200Mhz with no problems during game. Generally gets between 50C to 55C when gaming with card on auto. Haven't played with memory speeds at all, but with such a high clock I am not sure if it is needed.

Been using it to mine litecoins when not being used. Does a fantastic job as well. Can get half a coin on each card a day, at high 400 difficulty. Runs around 50C when mining and only spins fan around 35-40%. Also, the card performs better under-clocked and in turn under-volted. So not only does it destroy every card in its price range in terms of kHash, it does it at half to a third the electricity, and way less heat. Cards will pay for themselves in less than two months.

Cons: I actually like it when the power connector in on the back of the card (facing towards front of case) instead of on the side (towards window). Not really MSI's fault though.

Didn't come with crossfire bridge.

Cooler blows heat into case, only some goes out the back. Again, not really MSI fault. I think all 7790s are like this.

Pros: None...was Dead on arrival ..got an RMA. Hope the second one works.

Cons: Not sure because it didn't get a video signal. Black screen..hope the replacement works. Shipping box was pretty beat up.

Overall Review: Will try again as this is a pretty good card for the money.
