Okay, but not great.

-Inexpensive.
-Comes with a PSU.
-Not too ugly.
-Small footprint.
-Has both 5.25 and 3.5 external bays.
-4 USB ports and audio connections in the front.

-Somewhat flimsy: Back wall has no support other than PSU with lid off. With lid on it's reasonably sturdy and doesn't flex but could be better.
-Some sharp edges.
-Motherboard mounting "bumps" are kinda "off" (at least in my case they were) would have been better to have brass or plastic stand offs.
-Plastic CPU shroud is poorly designed. I guess it would work if using a stock cooler/fan but I was using a MeOrb and had to Dremel out some of the plastic material to keep the fan blades from rubbing.
-Cable management can be difficult but not impossible. The Front panel USB header cables seem like their made out of steel reinforced cable, very stiff and unyielding.

I went looking for a cheap MicroATX case with an included power supply and this fits the bill. I'm using it as a simple Browser PC and not much more.

I wouldn't use this case for an HTPC that sits in an entertainment center but you could definitely do better for just a little bit more monies. (Silverstone)

I gotta laugh whenever I see "Tech level - High" Can you troubleshoot down to the component level and surface mount a bad chip if need be? Didn't think so ;)

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
Good case, few minor issues.

Sturdy design, built in motherboard stand offs, plain design good for business use. The power supply seems high quality. 4 front USB ports.

There are a handful of things I would change if i was designing it.
1. I would move the power supply to the other side or put a fan on the other side (near the CPU fan). When using this on its side the power supply ventilation is on the bottom.
2. Would be solved by #1. The 4 pin power connector for the motherboard is a bit short; it reaches, but it is stretched across the motherboard.
3. The shroud they provide for the CPU fan (to duct cold air in) is too big and restricts your cables too much, I could not use it in my installation (Gigabyte GA-H67M-D2).
4. You have to remove 4 screws to open the cover, it would be nice if they would redesign it so it was easier to get into.

Overall its a good business case. The items listed in "Cons" are simply things I thought could be done better. They will not stop the system from functioning properly. There isn't any case fans besides the power supply and there really isn't any spots for any to be installed. But there are plenty of vent slots, so natural convection should keep the case cool.
