T'is the case I've always wanted. the whole thing is massive -- more than enough room for my mess of cables to work with. it's capable of a massive amount of airflow, which helps a TON with overclocking. the external USB + eSATA connections are pretty convenient too.
and personally, I love how the lights on the fan have a built-in switch. it's perfect for finding your way around a dark house if you stayed up too late and just turned off your displays.
none, really...but you should definitely pay attention to the distance between the power socket on your mobo and your PSU. my cable just BARELY stretched far enough to plug in.
well worth the price! and it almost looks like it's made for a nuclear holocaust, so you know they're helping you prepare for the zombie apocalypse. I highly recommend this.
This case is huge, everything came ready to go - the box was *really* beaten up, but the case was fine. Great air-flow, sturdy, easy to install hdds and optical drives.
The pins the manual instructed me to use did not thread because my ATX motherboard was thicker than apparently anticipated. The motherboard (an ATX board which this case is supposed to be built for) also covered all of the bottom slots (so no graphics card with bottom prongs could fit). I have to live with the motherboard only having one screw (if i want a graphics card with bottom prongs) and had to hot glue brackets to the inside of the case to give my mobo some support. The back of the case (where say a graphics cards connectors might protrude) is also not designed for large cards - so I had to break apart much of the back of the case and twist out the nondetachable metal pieces which gives my case a pretty shoddy look. The PCIe 1 slot also didn't line up with any slot - so the case would have had to have been broken no matter what to accomodate any card. There is also no cable management, and that side fan can be a nightmare if you have a high quality power supply.
I want to love this case so badly, but given the size and the fact that I only used parts which the description says are supported, I shouldn't have to break things apart and bend my GPU's bottom prongs up - or be expected to hot glue things to the inside of the case to fit an ATX board in.
