-As with their other cases I have used, the 24-pin motherboard power connector cable(s) is too short. Should be at least an extra 1-2" longer. You will need to make sure your RAM does not have the "high-rise" heat sink, as it will prevent the power cable from reaching the motherboard.
-Advertises "optional tool-less design". Let me be clear that this model is definitely not tool-less. Maybe some of their models are, or maybe there is some kit that makes it tool-less, but I have not been able to find such a kit.
Overall, very good if you're looking for a cheap, functional case, especially for office scenarios. I am currently using about 10 of these throughout our organization, with no problems to report as of yet.
