Cons: The molex connector to power the fans for the fan controller on the I/O controller board was coming loose. I had to jiggle the cable to get the fans working. I contacted Rosewill about this and not only were they prompt in responding, but they were very helpful in not requiring me to send the entire case back. I don't think this deserves the loss of an entire egg.

This is not really a con, but the fan screws that came with the case are too small to use for the top fans. The fan holes are too big, so I used a nut to screw the fans in place, and the packaging didn't come with any nuts.

Overall Review: I have the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series ram chips which come with the heat spreaders. With the Hyper 212 Plus, I wasn't able to reach the first ram slot because the heatsink fan was in the way. I was able to fit the ram by taking the fan off, installing the ram, then reinstalling the fan a notch higher to give the heat spreader some room. Overall, everything fit very nicely.

Cons: Sent with a broken power connection cable for the fans

Overall Review: I managed to rewire the cable and make it work because I'm too stubborn to send it back in.
