Excelent Customer Service from GIGABYTE My original MB sent unstable after 31 days with intermit boot failures, hangs etc. and it seemed to be a deteriorating situation: I lost confidence in the board. I called GIGABYTE Cust. Support and they willingly sent me a replacement once I explained the symptoms and my concerns. I pre-paid for the replacement in order to have it shipped prior to returning the suspect MB and was promptly refunded once they received the original MB. The replacement has been a solid performed ( see my original review 9/11/2013 ) for some 6 months now: GREAT Customer Service and a GREAT Product.
MB went "unstable" after 31days NewEgg would not take as return / replace so I turned to GIGABYTE
I'll be reccomending GIGABYTE to anyone who asks.
Lots of nice features, good price
An overclocking board that won't let me into the BIOS?!? I've tried 4 different keyboards, all the USB ports and the PS/2 port and I can spam DEL as much as I want without getting the BIOS, can't get the system info or boot menu, either. I've tried the DTB (Direct To BIOS) button during POST, in Windows, during shutdown, and pretty much every other possible moment and still have yet to get into the BIOS.
I've had great success with Gigabyte boards when building computers for others and I finally go and buy one for myself and now I've got a motherboard that was supposedly designed for overclocking that I can't actually overclock with. Sweet.
