No problems installing this board. Posted perfectly the first time, everything worked with the first power up and have experienced no problems whatsoever so far. P5K with Intel 6850, Zalman 9700, 4G Crucial Ballistix, Antec 900, EN8600GT, SG 320G, Enermax ELT500 with Vista Business 64 bit in this case. Very fast and stable. No driver issues at all with any of the components. Have not attempted overclocking. Very pleased with Newegg. Great selection and prices. Everything arrived in 4 days in great shape. Couldn't be happier.
As metioned by others, EIDE socket location could be better. But, the cable was long enough to reach one drive installed near the top of the case. Not a neat arrangement by any means though.
Carefully considered purchase of a complete system as opposed to purchasing components separately to replace a tired system I used at home for extended work/business. I really don't build these things for a hobby. But, as stated above, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and Newegg's selection and service.
Runs well once system boots.
Sometims won't POST, often need to reset/power on-off multiple times to boot, seems to be a common problem with this motherboard. Need external SATA drive for RAID.
