ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Built smoking fast mediapc on this MB w/i5-2500. Can handle 6+ HD recordings with 3 simultaneous extenders all without a blip. Very good price for awesome performance.

Cons: none really

Overall Review: Intel video drivers are a little shaky at the moment. Had to revert to older build to avoid BSOD with a DVI-HDMI connection on Win7 X64. My guess is Intel works it out soon.

Forgot to check for optical audio when I bought it, so had to make a coaxial digital audio port from the SPIDF pins on-board. Works perfectly.

Pros: It's made by ASUS.

Cons: Total failure from 2 out of 2 boards ordered at separate dates. NIC would not function. Continual PC lockup. Random display output failure.
ASUS support is unworthy of the company name. When these boards fail within 30 days and it's caused by the manufacturers design flaws you should get a new one...not a refurbished one to replace it....NO QUESTIONS ASK! I have built HUNDREDS of computers over the last 8 years and this was the first time I have had a product from ASUS not function as expected.
I will still purchase ASUS products because I trust them more than any other brand of MOBO. But this particular item has been a major let down.
If I this had been my first ASUS product purchase I would have NEVER parchased another product with their name on it.

Overall Review: I only gave this item one egg because there was no way to leave ZERO eggs.
