I just got this monitor and I am happy with it for the most part. It puts out a great picture after it was broken in and adjusted. One thing I noticed when I first turned on the monitor was how horrible the picture looked. One thing about CRT's is they need a few hours to break in. This one especially. After they have been on for several hours you can adjust them and they should be steady. Only real issue I have is Viewsonic revised the case design. The monitor is more compact and the face is all silver and not two tone as the picture shows. At first I was not happy but I now actually like the new design better. As for New Egg they are great. I got my monitor 36 hours after ordering.
