Acer Aspire One AOD150-1577 Black Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook

Pros: The glossy screen is a pro for me, though it may be a con for some people if they're out in the sun in the bahamas. The design is great, and i love that it has 'Page Up' and 'Page Down' keys on the keyboard. The HDD and RAM slots are easy to upgrade, there are panels on the bottom for both. I upgraded to 2GB immediately with Item# N82E16820134317 and this baby runs smooth like butter. Surprisingly, there isn't too much bloatware to uninstall.

Cons: The battery sticks out a bit, though i only notice this while it's closed. The touchpad could have been a bit wider, and the mouse buttons are on one solid 'rocker' bar, but a good wireless mini optical mouse solves that.

Overall Review: I got a 5200mah battery with this, i guess i was one of the lucky ones. Go me! I remember a few years ago i was playing my Nintendo DS while in line at the post office, and a woman asked me where i got "that tiny laptop" from. I never imagined i would have a laptop this portable a few years later.

Keyboard is pretty small and takes some getting used to.

Overall Review: The ENTER key required very hard pressing to make it work. Compared to other keys it basically was not functioning. NEWEGG requested I call ACER, they did some minor trouble shooting and had me DEPOT it back to them for repair. I had the netbook 2 days, now it will be gone for 2 weeks. Im a little upset that Newegg wouldnt just RMA replace it for me.
