Consumer reports rated this tv as one of its "best buy" regarding 37" LCD TV's. I have had no problems with this TV and am Very satisfied. I like the way it looks too. The internal TV tuner card this tv has is awesome.
The tv comes in "showroom mode" you cant change any settings while the TV is in this mode. It is important to take the TV out of this mode to access full functionality of this TV. I find that i could list other cons such as taking 4 seconds to turn on. but i found that to be very superficial flaw.
I gave my TV a FULL inspection to identify any flaws and i didnt find any. I suppose i could have got lucky.

Great picture, decent enough audio, good built in features.
TV refuses to turn on after a week of use.
After a week of using the S-Video input to watch movies, the TV turned off (with the blue standby light coming on) and refuses to turn back on. Flipping the master switch in the back and unplugging the power (and any combination of the two) didn't fix the problem as it still refused to turn on as if I wasn't even pushing the power button. Olevia customer support hasn't been too helpful. They said they'd exchange the unit but I am still waiting on the email they said they'd send for more information...
