Pros: Hard to say -- never was able to see the drive operate on the first SSD. Second drive from my RMA was recognized and works fine.
Update: After RMA drive installed.
Running Windows Pro 8.1 -- boots in 5 seconds -- for real. Seems to work as you would expect.

Cons: DOA -- one egg only because it never ran. I have never purchased a HDD or SSD that was DEAD out of the box. Even with a 3 year warranty for future failures -- dead does not inspire confidence. Lost build time, adds debug time, and lost computer use time.

After new RMA drive installed - No Cons on the second drive received via RMA

Overall Review: Price was good -- I found a minimally loaded Windows 7 (OS and some support programs) filled 45 gigs - so 60 gigs is marginal space for a Windows 7 OS. Doing the binary math for the drive size 60 gigs is more like 55 real gigs. I would suggest 128 gigs if you have the money.

Second new OS install -- free space on the drive is about 25 gigs out of 55 gigs after binary math.

Overall Review: Both drives I bought have failed in two different PCs after a few months. The problem - "SATAFIRM S11" (you can google it) - is well known but it is related to SSD controller and there are many brands that used that one. So, it is basically just the matter of time when the drive fails but I did not expect it to fail that quick.
Why did I buy them in the first place? Well, at that time I did not know about this issue and "SATAFIRM S11" meant nothing to me...
