Rosewill RCX-Z2 7 blades 80mm reverse ball bearing fan CPU Cooler

Pros: Easiest after-market cooler install I've ever done. No need to remove the motherboard from the case. Instant temperature reductions for Core2 6750, immediate reduction in temps by 10 degrees at idle and 15 degrees load, and this will get better over the next week as the Arctic Silver 5 breaks in--it comes with its own little tube of heat compound, but as I always keep some Arctic Silver on hand there was no need for it.

Cons: The plastic surface protecting film left some goo behind on the face of the heatsink that had to be carefully cleaned away. The only other negative is that the fan is a bit loud, louder than other after-market coolers I've installed.

Overall Review: Better performance than I was expecting...a welcome surprise. Although it's louder than the Cooler Master V8 in my own system, the cooling seems almost as good, and the install was much faster and easier.

Pros: saves me about 12 degrees over stock fan with arctic silver thermal paste. Cool led light and price.

Cons: This fan sounds like turning your computer on only to listen to a lawn mower run over the neighbors pet Tasmanian devil while sitting on a under a F22 take off in times square on new years eve!!

Overall Review: I am considering learning sign language and chopping out my ear drums...you're right! This seems a bit drastic for 20 bucks but its the only way to use this! So, I guess to save blood stains in my carpet, sign language tutoring, the overnight hospital bills and sudden lost of interest in Glee I will just send it back.
